Where it All Began

My leadership journey began in the insurance industry.

For 20 years, I worked alongside incredible professionals, many of them technical experts who suddenly found themselves promoted into leadership roles. They had the knowledge, they had the drive, but they often lacked the confidence, and support needed to lead people effectively. I was one of them. That’s when I realized something important: Companies don't have talent problem, they have Leadership problems. And that’s where I come in.

Today, I work with insurance professionals at every level, from emerging leaders to C-suite executives.

Through one-on-one coaching and group sessions, I help leaders build confidence, engage their teams, and create workplaces where people feel connected, motivated, and ready to grow.
